AMERSHAM SWIMMING CLUB is committed to protecting the privacy of its members as well as openness about its information gathering and dissemination practices for the AMERSHAM SWIMMING CLUB web site.

We collect information about our website visitors via server logs and from the information you supply when you join the club. Information about you or any other individual person will not be sold or rented to any third party, including advertisers.

AMERSHAM SWIMMING CLUB operates an "opt in" mail system in conjunction with our Membership Secretary. This provides you with the choice of whether or not you wish to receive information and News Letters etc. These messages have an "opt out" option. Send a message with "unsubscribe" in the subject line to membership@amershamswimmingclub.co.uk this mail will ensure that your name will be removed from the mailing list.
