The separate fee notices for each squad may be accessed and downloaded from the file here, it is an Excel spreadsheet. To open the sheet you need for your squad look along the bottom bar, you may need to use the arrow keys to move further right. The fees schedule for fees due this quarter and next (April - June 2008 and July - Sept 2008) can also be downloaded.
